This experimental research was conducted to compare the performance of three telecommunication companies—Globe, Smart, and DITO—in providing reliable mobile internet services for file transfers to cloud storage in Estancia, Iloilo. The study assessed the file transfer performance of each provider based on the speed of uploading light, average, and heavy file sizes over short, medium, and long distances. Findings revealed that Smart Telecommunication offered the best file transfer performance on average, while Globe was consistently slow, and DITO performed at an average level across all distances.
