The study developed an efficient announcement system utilizing Smart TVs with SMS support at the Institute of Information and Computer Studies, Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College. The system allowed for easy posting of lost items and upcoming events, accessible to both faculty and students, and was created using development and descriptive research designs, with the RAD model for system prototyping. Surveys from 105 respondents indicated high levels of satisfaction in terms of understandability, attractiveness, operability, and performance efficiency, with this system achieving a "Very Good" rating in both usability and performance metrics.
