The study conducted by Canja, Catague, Pancho, Pantia, Salmorin, and BaƱes compared the file transfer performance of CCBoot and iShareDisk boot systems in a network environment by evaluating the transfer speeds of small, medium, and large file sizes across varying numbers of clients. Seven personal computers were employed in the experiment, and transfer speeds were measured in Megabytes per second (MBps) with statistical analysis performed using the Mean, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney U tests. The results indicated that CCBoot outperformed iShareDisk with a smaller number of clients, while iShareDisk was superior with larger client numbers, yet there was no significant difference in overall performance between the two systems.
