CONSUMERS BUYING BEHAVIOR TOWARDS ORGANIZED RETAIL STORES,

This descriptive study investigated consumer buying behavior towards organized retail stores in Estancia, Iloilo, using data collected from 240 randomly selected respondents via a modified and validated questionnaire. The study found that consumers frequently visit these stores for 1 to 2 hours or more, usually on weekdays and weekends, spending typically between less than P1,000 to above 23,000 pesos. Consumers expressed a preference for shopping alone or with others, choosing various payment methods like cash, credit, and online payments, and valued redeemable points, promotional discounts, loyalty programs, and direct customer service.
