The study focuses on the creation of a Convertible Artist's Sling Bag with Storage Compartment, designed to protect against various stains, particularly useful for the Drafting Technology Department at Northern Iloilo State University. This innovative garment uses multilayered taffeta fabric for high water resistance, making it effective against paint stains during art sessions. The final evaluation showed that this convertible apron is highly acceptable in terms of design, fabrication, and functionality, as assessed by both learners and faculty.
