This study aimed to investigate customer satisfaction with the service quality of appliance centers in Estancia, Iloilo, before and after sales, involving 200 purposively and conveniently selected respondents. The research employed a custom questionnaire and various statistical tests, revealing that the overall customer satisfaction level was "very satisfied" both before and after sales, irrespective of age, sex, monthly income, or occupation. However, a significant difference in satisfaction levels was found after sales when classified by occupation.
