The study aimed to address the inefficiencies of a manual voting system at the Institute of Information and Computer Studies by developing an "Electronic Voting System using Mobile Devices" to facilitate real-time election results. The development process utilized the RAD model for the system prototype, and the study's methodology included surveys from 105 respondents, including five experts, to evaluate the system's functionality, usability, and performance. The findings indicated that the respondents rated the developed system as "Very Good," highlighting their satisfaction with the system's response time and overall efficiency.
