The Emergency Response Data Bank System with SMS Support was developed for the Balasan Emergency Response Team (BERT) in Balasan, Iloilo to facilitate monitoring and manage emergency requests from residents. It is a web-based system that allows authorized personnel to access information via the internet and includes an SMS feature for notifying both BERT members and residents during emergencies. Utilizing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model, the system demonstrates high usability and performance, with respondent feedback indicating it performs very well in operability, learnability, time behavior, and resource behavior.
