The guidance office at Estancia National High School faced challenges in managing student records due to its manual-based system. To address this, the "Estancia National High School Guidance Record with SMS Notification System" was developed, transitioning the office to a computer-based method that streamlines storing, retrieving, and updating student data. The implementation of this system proved to be significantly more efficient, accurate, and paperless compared to the existing process, utilizing a two-tier architectural design.
