ABSTRACT The current processing of keeping and computing student's fees and account of Estancia National High School are done in the assessment office using manual-based system problem such as error in computation and delay in finding student's statement of account, records are unavoidably happened. With these problem an alternative solution that can be used to improve its services is to introduce a computer-based system to be known as "Estancia National High School PTA Payment System with SMS Inquiry" which was specially design to increase to productivity of the office ,which includes electronic searching and centralized repository. Findings showed that the proposed system is six hundred percent faster than the current system interms of performance. In the current system, transactions can take an average of thirty minutes. an average of five minutes. The proposed system can take More over, higher number of transactions can be accommodated because the process can be automatically and efficiency.
