The Web-based Faculty Training Management System developed for the NISU Main Campus in Estancia, Iloilo, uses a predictive algorithm to identify and recommend faculty members for various seminars, trainings, and workshops based on their specialization. The study employed a descriptive and developmental research design and gathered feedback from 50 respondents using McCall's Software Evaluation Criteria and the ISO/IEC 25010 Software Characteristics. The findings revealed that the developed system was efficient, accessible, and user-friendly, with high operability and understandability, making it effective for both the Human Resource Officer and employees.
