The fecundity of female senatorial scallop Chlamys senatoria was analyzed in relation to shell length (SL) and total weight (TW) using twenty samples from Gigantes Islands, Carles, Iloilo, central Philippines, collected in June 2013. The samples exhibited shell lengths of 51-88 mm and total weights of 27.18-102.40 g, resulting in fecundities ranging from 846,304 to 4,129,760 eggs per female, and fecundity showed a linear relationship with both SL (R² = 0.783) and TW (R² = 0.752). Fecundity per shell length was found to be 15,322-46,929 eggs/mm SL, while fecundity per weight was 19,356-55,011 eggs/g TW, with SL being the best parameter for estimating fecundity.
