The study investigated the relationship between school administrators' personality traits and teachers' performance in public elementary schools in Estancia, Iloilo, using a sample of 90 selected teachers during the 2017-2018 school year. It found that the administrators were perceived to have strong personality traits overall, although perceptions varied somewhat by the age and educational level of the respondents, yet these traits had no significant correlation with the teachers' performance, which was rated as very satisfactory across various demographics. Statistical analysis using tools like Cronbach’s alpha, Mann-Whitney U, and Spearman rho indicated no significant differences or relationships between the administrators’ personality traits and teachers' performance metrics.
