This descriptive study aimed to identify the sources of stress, stress tolerance, coping mechanisms, and performance of elementary school teachers in the District of San Dionisio during the school year 2017-2018. It revealed that the primary source of stress was excessive paperwork, with Master's Degree graduates and those with high income showing higher stress tolerance. The study also found no significant difference in stress tolerance and coping mechanisms based on demographics, but there was a significant difference in teaching performance linked to age, sex, marital status, income, and length of service, with sex and monthly income being the strongest performance predictors.
