The study aimed to analyze the spending habits of Senior High School students at Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College, focusing on how they vary by sex, weekly allowance, and family monthly income. Using a validated questionnaire, the research found that spending on school-related expenses was generally occasional for students across different demographics, with personal expenses showing more variation: males spent seldom, while females spent occasionally. Although significant differences in spending habits were not found concerning weekly allowance and family monthly income, a significant difference was observed when comparing spending habits based on sex.
