ABSTRACT The Institute of information and Computer Studies(IICS) at Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College Main Campus in Estancia, Iloilo recognizes the importance of evaluating the performance of its faculty in order to further improve its delivery of quality service. This study aimed to provide an efficient and easy way of evaluating the faculty members of the IICS. Developmental-descriptive research method was employed in this study. The Rapid Application Development Model was used in the development of the system prototype while are searchers made survey instrument based on the ISO9126 quality model standard was developed to depict the observation of the respondents.A total of nine(9) respondents were surveyed as subject of the study. The Mean statistic was employed to describe the levels of usability and performance efficiency. Findings revealed that the level of usability in terms of understandability andoperability was described as "VeryGood".For the performance efficiency in terms time in behaviour and resource utilization describedas"Good".
