The study aims to identify modern concepts of classroom discipline as perceived by the Teacher Education Department's faculty, classified by their length of service and gender for the 2005-2006 school year. Utilizing a questionnaire, the researchers gathered data from all 29 faculty members in November 2006, applying descriptive statistics including means and Cronbach's Alpha to evaluate perceptions. The findings indicate that, generally, the faculty deemed the concepts "acceptable," with the exception of one item rated as "fairly acceptable" by those with a shorter length of service, while the perceptions were uniformly "acceptable" across gender classifications.
